Gate Entry: $20, Kids 12 and under are FREE!
We accept all Debit and Credit payments! Including at the gate entrances!
Located at the Crossfield Rodeo Grounds
No minors past 11pm, Liquor ticket sales conclude at 1am, Liquor sales conclude at 1:30am
Free parking on rodeo grounds - pay at parking gate for entry to the derby

Government issued ID will be required where drink tickets are being purchased on the grounds.
Alcohol can ONLY be consumed within the Crossfield Rodeo Grounds.
Tobacco smoking is only permitted in designated smoking area.
There is a zero tolerance of cannabis use on the grounds or within 5 meters of any entrance.
No pets are allowed in the Crossfield Rodeo Grounds.

The Event Typically ends around 8-9pm. Concluding the Demo Derby is our Cabaret that runs until 2am!
Free Parking on the Rodeo Grounds
Use the furthest West gate to access parking on the grounds. Must pay at the gate for access to the show.
Free Shuttle Bus!
Take advantage of our free shuttle bus running to and from town 2 PM until 2 AM. Pickup and dropoff points are at; Crockett Park, Vista Drive @ Vista Building, Harrison St @Whitfield Ave, Pete Knight Memorial Arena, Banta Park, SB Railway ST @ the Arches, and the Rodeo Grounds. Always remember to NEVER drink and drive!
Bring Your Lawn Chairs!
There are bleachers on the rodeo grounds but quantities are limited. There is lots of space for you to bring your own lawn chairs!

Free Camping on Rodeo Grounds!
There is free Camping on the Rodeo Grounds Saturday night! Access to the camping area is only granted from Saturday 1pm onwards. Must leave the Rodeo Grounds by 12pm the next day. No utilities or hooksups provided

Car teching must be completed by 3 pm
Derby car pits entrance opens at 11 AM.
Driver and 1 pit crew member free entrance. Others must pay $20 entry fee, NO exceptions.
Wristbands will be issued to all crew members. Must wear the wristbands in the pits.
