Parking is limited on the Rodeo Grounds. We encourage you to park in a public parking lot at one of the locations below. Bus pick up and drop off points are at; Amery Park @ Amery Green, Crockett Park, Harrison St @ Whitfield Ave, McCaskill Dr @ Whitfield Ave, Pete Knight Memorial Arena, Railway St @ Chisholm Ave, Railway St @ Smith Ave, Railway St @ Ross St, and the Rodeo Grounds. Always remember to NEVER drink and drive!

There is free Camping on the Rodeo Grounds Saturday night! Access to the camping area is only granted from Saturday 12pm onwards. Must leave the Rodeo Grounds by 12pm the next day. No utilities or hook ups provided. Propane fires pits only.

$25 entry fee for everyone, NO exceptions (we have lowered registration to $100 this year due to this)

Wristbands will be issued to all crew members at the registration trailer. Must wear the wristbands in the pits. Ages 14+ only in pit area as per the events Insurance Policy.

Maximum allowance of truck with derby vehicle plus 1 support vehicle allowed in the pits! Your derby vehicle and your support vehicle MUST arrive at the same time or your support vehicle will be directed to the general parking. If you wish to have your camper in the pits as your support vehicle it MUST arrive at the same time as your derby vehicle otherwise the gate volunteers will direct your camper to the designated camping area. We understand this may be frustrating but due to limited space of our pit area we have to limit the ammount of vehicles in this area.
